Doesn't even deserve any stars , booked a taxi last night for airport run this morning 4.45am. Was told they couldn't get me one until 5.15am, so I declined . TOA then called me back and said they could take me at 4.45am after all! Received a text confirmation for my booking stating 4.45am. No taxi showed up at all this... read full comment

Worst service.They are not even aware if taxi is available or not before booking.

Waited 50 minutes for a taxi after being told it wouldn't be long.My son missed his football game, my kids were standing aboit waiting to get in the house. Also was charge £9.60 more than the taxi I iaed getting to the same place I was picked up from.Absolute joke, I will not be using this service ever again. Very poor... read full comment
