From start to finish all staff were very polite, friendly and professional if there was a downside its the parking before you enter the store which was a nightmare. But once in the store, everything was perfect.

Specsavers Bishopbriggs is a great store as the staff are always very welcome, down to earth and knowledgeable. Being offered the additional scan along with the eye test also gives reassurance about your eye health. Have been going here for years now and have always enjoyed my visits

The eye test was the usual but the glasses are not sturdy and the arm kept breaking and needed fixed twice in 6 months time

Absolutely fantastic service from Alison at Specsavers, Bishopbriggs branch. Nothing was too much trouble for Alison, who went way above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect glasses. Contact Lenses also needed a wee tweak and this was expertly done by Eilidh and followed up by Alison. What a fantastic team with Customer Service second to none. Thank you all.

My 8 years-old daughter was diagnosed with her first specs on November 2022 (NHS voucher) and six weeks later, in January 2023, she was rechecked by the optometrist. I discussed the first specs frame issues with the optometrist and she clearly and explicitly confirmed and told me that she is going to issue a second NHS voucher since the first frame does not sit well on her face and also it is the new year (2023) after the first appointment and my daughter is entitled to her second NHS voucher. Then we had to wait for 2/3 weeks for the (Harry Potter!) spec style to arrive. However, when I checked in lately, the staff told me I need to pay as private pairs and they can not issue a voucher for my daughter! Of course, I did pay only because I did not want my daughter to be upset. However, I did not like this sort of unprofessional treatment and this was the last time I visit this store.

On behalf of my sister, I booked two appointments spaced apart on the same day to allow for hearing and sight appointments and was told that my elderly frail sister had to start putting oil into her ears which she did. On the day prior to her appointment, I telephoned Specsavers in BISHOPBRIGGS to confirm both appointments. On arrival for the appointments my sister was told she did not have a hearing appointment booked and was given a new appointment for four weeks later in Kirkintilloch. It beggars belief how, having made and confirmed the appointments that the management of this shop fails in every way. To treat someone who is not only in her eighties but also very frail is atrocious! Perhaps investing in staff training would elevate such a poor service. So much for care in the community for the elderly never mind mismanagement! I for one would never use Specsavers if this is how people are treated.
