Went in today to return 3 pkts of ciabata rolls whuch were mouldy. The customer service assistant, with an attitude problem, was so unhelpful. Spoke to the manager who said she'd had previous problems with her before. The other 2 on the cigarette counter were 2 busy talking about what they done the next day night before to help, mind you they were probably frightened to helo incase their colleague bit their head off with her attitude. Think twice about going there again.

I've been in many Asda stores and this one was absolutely disgusting. I can assure my family I will never take them in there again. The staff are ignorant, they watch you walking and then put the metal crates on your way (smack bang in the middle of walk way) badly laid out store. Most staff faces are tripping them, I certainly didn't see one member of staff smile, inside or out the store. The cleaning is something to be desired considering toilet, my disabled mother needed to relieve her self but wouldn't considering the state of the Loo's, she told me that when she went in she had to wash her hands and as soon as she actually saw the state of the toilets she scrubbed her hands without using the toilets and had to buy hand gel to make sure her hands were clean after walking straight back out

I Really cant think of any positives to say about this flea pit, it really is badly managed front to back and it has been like that for years! I live locally and only use it for emergency’s NOW! I think 80% of the staff have been there to long and they know it..from empty freezers that hardly ever get stocked to empty shelf’s..there is normally an older member of staff that works on the booze isles, He is the only one that seems to care, when he is not on the shelf’s never get stocked up, I don't know if it cost cutting or the management just don't care...try getting a till operator to acknowledge you or give you a thanks or even a smile..all I ever here most of the time at the tills is “AM A NO DUE A TEA BREAK” from 3/ 4 tills on when the place is busy with cues down the isle when it hardly busy...I would rather travel an extra 15 minutes out of town and take my money to either Tesco / Aldis or Sainsbury’s in the foreseeable future, where we get a much better professional shopping experience!

Great wide selection of food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for your money.

They would rather force people to use self service checkouts by not having many checkout staff working and allowing ques to build up. Often out of stock on essentials.

Very cooperative people. Good place for getting every small thing.

I would give this Asda store ten stars if I could . I have always had great customer service on visiting this store...great helpful friendly staff with nothing ever seeming to be a bother . This morning

Ignorant staff. Shelves half empty, strange smell in the shop. Other Asda stores much better. Not a good place to shop.

God help you if your beacon flashes red at self scan and you interrupt the staff of their personal chat. They will burn a hole in your back until you leave the store!! Shame on you also if you go round a corner and meet a member of staff with a trolley who’s shoving it like a bulldozer!! You should not have left your eyes that can see round corners at home!! I also pity anyone who is faced with the lady at the lottery kiosk. I’m sure anyone who has used the kiosk will know who I am talking about. She reminds me of my next door neighbours rottweiler that used to bark and show its teeth to me. Her only way of communicating with customers is through the glare in her eyes which screams pure hatred to anyone who approaches her. DO NOT EVER ASK AT CUSTOMER SERVICES TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE SECURE STORE. You take your life in your own hands if you do!! Customer service is absolutely appalling. It’s clear no one enjoys their work there, the staff are miserable and unpleasant and are on the edge of attacking any customer who requires help!! Been shopping here for five years as it is convenient, and I have not had one pleasant shopping trip and always leave thinking thank god I made it out alive, the staff did not kill me!!!

Terrible customer service. 2 older women I had the misfortune of speaking to were both downright rude despite the 2 of them literally standing about doing nothing while the young guy at the customer service desk was rushed off his feet (he was the only asset to the company I saw). Was only in to return a damaged item and had intended to do a food shop, after their exemplary customer service I decided to drive to Sainsbury's instead.

Always stocked but they own the whole centre so most shops have closed down due to rates. Blantyre town centre is pretty much deserted. Just asda and gregs. No competition. Staff friendly but not nice to walk about at night

We go to Asda daily for our paper and a few bits and bobs. The staff are mostly very polite and friendly. Sometimes the store could be a little cleaner and tidier but on the whole it is acceptable. Wish there was a changing room so you could try on clothes.

Got to be the worst Asda ever. Sell by dates mean nothing here as you have to check everything you buy as it probably expires the next day. As for trying to buy Scottish products, forget it as they are more interested in pushing foreign foods such as Polish with no English translation on the labels. And don't even get me started on their imaginary bakery where you can't even get a Scottish soda scone, but they are all for pushing inferior Irish farrels that taste like vomit.
