1 STAR!!!
Inverkeithing High Street store is a complete joke. The staff have 0 idea of what customer service is and the time it takes them to do anything they say they will youd be better off not taking any medication.
The staff members lie to you and they try to blame the DR surgery whenever possible, when they are called out they dont like it and im surprised they are even still open for business!! What a sham!

I wanted to thank JENNIFER AT ELM ROW EDINBURGH L&G for being such a capable, kind, thorough pharmacist, who really listens and finds the best solution for her clients. She is the personification of warm, attentive professionalism. Despite the undoubted pressure of the 'New Normal', Jennifer's cheerful calm and highly capable, supportive problem-solving abilities made a complex, stressful situation for me as a client, simply evaporate, leaving me feeling reassured and truly supported. I can't thank her enough for being there for me and all of her clients. I feel very fortunate to have found Elm Row L&G. It's the best pharmacy I've ever used. Thank you JENNIFER and the entire staff at Elm Row Edinburgh L&G!

My chemist is at Moredun and I wanted to say a huge thank you. There is always excellent service from all the staff and even now they are so patient and kind. The pharmacist and staff always take time to listen which means more than they know when GP does not always have the time.
They have done a great job with their social distancing and wearing their protective gear but remaining friendly and calm. They deserve a medal or two. I really appreciate all they do and I am sure im not only one in the area. Next Thursday I will be clapping to thank all of the pharmacy workers out there.???

Switched to Lindsay & Gilmour after repeated dreadful experiences with one of the chain pharmacies further down Leith Walk. Staff are friendly, polite, and far quicker at filling prescriptions than my previous pharmacy.

A pharmacy is only as good as the people who run it. The store in Sauchie leaves a lot to be desired. Missing prescriptions, misinformed staff and a complete lack of organisation since the resident pharmacist Nicola left. I get a monthly prescription that is dished out weekly. They make the whole months up when the prescription is handed in yet still it has taken me up to 40 minutes to collect the following week because they couldn't find it. What some people call a mistake others call blatant lies and being told the prescription isn't ready because it only just arrived on the system from the Drs when I handed the prescription in an hour before is a blatant lie and I'm not happy being lied to. I was trying to keep things local but now I shall use Boots because they have a good system that works.
