First you come in and only cash. I’ve asked the woman behing the counter if she could tell me where to withdraw money then, and she had no idea. I had to wait and ask the hirl that was hoovering inside the pharmacy. Then… they dont have the basics. They dont have saline aolution! A pharmacy! And excuses about carehome...

Having had issues with another local pharmacy I tried Omnicare. What a difference. The level of service is brilliant. All my prescriptions now get sent to Omnicare and my only regret is I wish I'd changed sooner.
