Put £15 of diesel in my van. Got on to M9and the van started to lose power. I managed to nurse it services, after adding £25 of diesel it ran a bit better I then added another £25 at Callander van almost back to normal..

Blonde lady was very sincere and friendly. Explained that bikers can't fuel up whilst sitting on the bike for a spade of drive offs that have happened, which is taken out of their wages. Thank you for taking the time to come out and explain this to me.Fuel prices are mad around the country so don't understand all these negative reviews. Don't like the price then don't buy and switch to electric, or get on your push bike ?

One of the most expensive stations in the area. Staff more interested in chatting each other up than making sure customers follow safety guidelines. Two guys talking in their phones while fuelling and none of the two staff members bothered to even bring it up to their attention.

Known as dearest place in county to fill up so normally avoid but was very low so popped in a month or so ago. Said 177.9 on big sign but when started filling realised it was 179.9 on machine but had already started filling. Shoddy practice.

Passed this station today: 169.9 pence/litre for regular unleaded and 179.9 pence/litre for diesel. That is OBSCENE. Saw unleaded for 154.9p just a few miles away.I?ll never set foot on your forecourt again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service !!! My partner and myself drove to get cigarettes at 11pm, he went to hatch , no greeting ,he asked for jps superking red ,no thank you , no goodbye , on his return to the car i noticed he had been given kingsize so i returned to the hatch and said it was wrong ones and could he change them to be met with " thats what he asked for " again i asked him to change them as thats not what was asked for and he proceeded to look at me with blatant disgust and insisted thats what he asked for ,for a third time i told him thats not what was asked for and could he just change them when he told me i was rude and i had to say please ,at this point my partner came to the hatch and insisted he change them to which he stood for a further 5 minutes arguing with him to then say he had no problem changing them , i am absolutely disgusted beyond belief at the attitude of this person and cannot understand why shell would put their name to this establishment that is known locally to be extremely poor on service, on a weekly basis we spend over £300 , not anymore ,you have lost yet another customer shell ....think its maybe time for some action !!!!

Worst customer service ever experienced.You think the shell name would attribute a modicum of service,but not here. No management in site, no phone number for management because they are really...busy. The laundromat on site eats your money for nothing in return, no service phone number available, no return coins. Shocking in all aspects.

Women was on the phone with a friend the entire time, then complained at me when she couldn't scan my shell go app and demanded I hand her my phone so she could have a better go despite me saying I didn't want to, then finished it off by only saying "it's done" by the time the transaction was finished before immediately going back to her friend.
