This is by far the worst service you will get. 5 staff all sitting in front of computer and 1 girl serving, 11 people in line to one teller, the staff are pretentious and condescending.

The staff are friendly and helpful.
There are 2 ATM machines outside the bank plus 1inside, and a machine for deposits in the foyer which is handy if it's busy.

Absolute disgrace of a bank I tried to change my bank to B.O.S. went online gave all details they wanted next thing I have to go to branch with proff, I did this only to wait for eight days to be told the had lost my proof of ID I then went back to them and after waiting for 2hours I was told I didn't have enough proof what do they want BLOOD anyone of thinking of changing to this bank DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
