First time we have stayed here. Nice friendly welcome on arrival. Dinner was fantastic. Room was nice and clean. Very comfy bed. We will definitely stay again.

Although only stayed one night, made to feel welcomed, enjoyed a lovely meal, within the bar with a great atmosphere. The staff can not be more helpful. The beach is only half a minute away.Food & drinks: Nice menu, food well cooked tickled my taste buds.

Went to the Sands tonight for their specials Tapas night. Food is usually amazing but tonight was even more so! Brilliant choices, value and quality! 8 adults sat down to an amazing meal . Every course was brilliant but the tortilla was my favourite. If this special continues it?s a must to try!

We have recently visited this establishment on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. The buffalo chicken wings are up there as some of the best we have ever tasted. We draw out our lunches so much to take our time to really enjoy the delicious, fresh food on offer. Always new specials on offer at reasonable prices. A big thank you and congratulations to the owners, management and the hard working staff. We will be back again and again.

We've not stayed here but have eaten here often. Great food, great service and good prices. The tables and outside seating are plentiful so good for walk ins but they have a booking system on their website if you would prefer to ensure a table.The Sunday roast is very good for 2 courses at £22 and the menu has other choices to cater for all tastes. The specials always seem to have something exotic to choose and on every occasion we've been for food, it has always been well cooked, presented and delicious.From what I know of the food and staff, I'd imagine it is a good place to stay as a guest.The proximity to the beach is a real bonus if you are staying in good weather.

Love this place, excellent food, brilliant portions. We as a family love it. We love it so much we now recommend to all of our guests in our holiday accommodation in Burntisland.Food & drinks: Food was really lovely. Our children felt at home and enjoyed their meals. Nice to see as we normally can't please them all at once !Staff really new how to make the children feel at home.

We have been here a few times for brunch and lunch and the menu selection is pretty decent and good quality food, best place to go in Burntisland.
