Nipped in to get my spare wheel popped on temporarily, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.I will definitely be back!Its quite hard to find if you arnt local, but very worth it!

There is a always a risk of going to a small independent garage - will they rip you off? are you better going to a 'bigger' name? can you trust internet reviews?Ross' garage not only completely blows these 'myths' out the water, they actually go above and beyond. I had an issue with the adblue tank Ross @Maitland motors fixed it by replacing the old tank for a new tank but ongoing problems with the sensors coming on when filling up fuel meant Ross had to connect with his DPF Network to try and find a solution to the problem, eventually the problem was found to be the new tank which was faulty (not pumping enough adblue into the system when fuelling up) at every point Ross kept me updated and went out of his way to make sure the issue was finally resolved, let's hope it is I don't think he wants to see me again ?

I broke down in Burntisland and panicked so bad. I phoned the closest garage which could not help me so he put me in touch with Ross at maitland motors.. within minutes Ross and his employee were at my car taking it back to their garage to have a look.What needed done wasn't much but for his time he took nothing from me. He literally saved me and wanted nothing in return. I was so thankful.Now because of that i travel from glenrothes to Burntisland for my cars m.o.t and if repairs need done that are none emergency I'll travel back to him. Great bunch of guys

Best service I have ever received from any company! My wife and I were having a child free day and took a drive up the Fife Coast road. Going through Burntisland the car get?s a puncture so pulled over into a lay-by. Day out over I thought, as we only had one of those foam inflators in the boot. Not to be, looked to see where the nearest garage was and thankfully Maitland Motors popped up. Gave them a phone, and Ross answered and could not have been more helpful after I explained our circumstances. ?We?re busy but give me 5 mins and I?ll drive over?. Arrived in a flash and had a look at the tyre, ?no bother I can fix that - just let me go back and get some tools?, 10 mins later the tyre has been repaired?.and for such a reasonable price. Hat?s off to Ross, absolute star. I?m from Falkirk and if I ever have any car trouble in the future I will take the time to drive through to get Maitland Motors to sort things out - so for any locals looking for help with your car honestly couldn?t recommend Maitland Motors highly enough.
