Stayed here for the first time! Don?t know if I would want to stay in the bed again! As it is two single beds put together and we could feel the springs and the gap and it hurt our backs! Didn?t sleep well! The shower wasn?t great not powerful! The shower also started to flood and go over the sides! The little toiletries was nice, only shampoo and shower gel was there no conditioner! The food in the restaurant was lovely though couldn?t fault that!

We visited for lunch in the restaurant, food was good and reasonably priced. We sat next to the windows and enjoyed the panoramic views over the Forth.

My family and I had our Christmas dinner in the restaurant. We were disappointed with the standard of the Christmas meal, especially the turkey and stuffing dish for the main course. This is because the food on this dish did not seem freshly cooked and seemed to be processed. Also, considering the price paid for the meal, it was overall not good value and below par.However, the waiters and waitresses were all very attentive and friendly. Also my dietary requirements ( dairy free) were catered for. All the drinks were fine.Food & drinks: Please see report already written about the food and drink at start of review.

Had a really nice stay between Christmas and New Year. Room was good size, clean, and comfortable.Restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Good choice at both. Restaurant staff were really good and couldn't do enough. Pool and games rooms were also very good. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but felt it could've been open a bit later.Location is excellent and within walking distance of Kinghorn train station. View is excellent. Will definitely stay again.Walkability: Close to Kinghorn Station.Food & drinks: Really nice breakfast with plenty of choice.Noteworthy details: All staff were helpful and friendly.

Stayed for 2 nights with family great room with a balcony view would be great but the weather was that bad you couldn?t see anything ?This didn?t dampen our stay excuse the pun .Staff were very friendly food/ drink was excellent value , room was clean . Swimming pool could be doing with some new floor tiles in the changing rooms Will certainly revisit again

Plus points The views from.the Horizons restaurant are spectacular the food quality and quantity are excellent staff very friendly and work extremely hard the negative points Hotel guests have to share the amenities with the caravan park that is not pointed out a time of booking we booked and payed for a sea view room only to be placed in a room with 2 big hulking bushes blocking our sea view we were offered and accepted another room.which had better sea views but this room was a bit grubbier than our original room be advised that the Premier Deluxe rooms are on the ground floor and sea views are limited the Family Deluxe rooms on the upper floor have balconies and much better views price of food and drink is reasonable

Great view from bar and hotel room. We were only there one night so didnt use the facilities. It all looks very organised. Staff at reception are lovely. The beach looks fabulous. A lot to do round about. Hoping to go back soon.

My partner and I came for three days away which went really well. The hotel is on a hilltop which is fun for parking. The restaurant overlooks the sea which is really beautiful. The WiFi had issues when we were there but the staff were really helpful and gave us paid WiFi codes. There is a park five minutes drive from the hotel, and it's about 30-50 minutes drive to Edinburgh. All in all we really enjoyed our vacation up north.
