I have been coming to the gym for 1 month now after a few years out. Its such a friendly gym with both staff and members. Plenty of people to help you if you need it. The gym has a vast amount of good quality equipment. The thing i like most of all is that there is a lot of big muscle people that go to the gym but they dont walk around like they own the place which can often make people my size feel like they dont belong there.
