Very rude staff.Understand it's a busy branch but staff speak to you like your dirt.Especially older lady with dark hair and glasses.She had been rude in number of occasions and I spend a fortune with post office/royal mail.They seem to have time to spend talking to each other for gossiping with certain customers but when your polite & wait in line your spoken to like dirt.Never had so many issues with one post office from losing parcels to not posting items on time.I avoid when I can and go to Halfway rather than put up with this Coven.Avoid if you can.

Lady at cambuslang post office very helpful and friendly. Even though it can be very busy, they always try their best to make you feel valued as a customer

Now effectively located within a supermarket on the main street. Staff are not very friendly and lack courtesy and professionalism. Not what you expect when using post office services.
