Terrible from start to finish. I say ?finish? but they didn?t actually do any work. Booked our car in 8 days ago and we informed the gentleman taking the call of the issues and make and model of vehicle. We were told over the phone of a rough price for some parts needed, just to give us a heads up. Our car was dropped off at 9.30 this morning and we were told at 2pm that none of the work could be done, no explanation given. We have suffered losses to our business today due to having to pick up our vehicle out of the blue and god knows what further damage will be done as we wait to get booked into another garage. Literally no explanation given as to why no work could be done. Awful service given throughout.

Great garage. Have been using them for a while now and always a great service. Took my car in about 1.30 today without an appointment as it had started to play up. Problem was diagnosed and it had been repaired and back with me by 3.30.

Always look to these guys for MOT/servicing and always happy with the outcome! I'm compelled to write a review after today as I had car drama which needed sorted asap. They went above and beyond to help today and even got it sorted before the end of the day. Couldn't recommend them enough. Very friendly and approachable too which is always a win in my eyes especially as previous garages I've gone to before just treated me like a dumb girl haha!
