The majority of the reception staff are rude and disrespectful, with the exception of Mrs S Bennett who has always gone above and beyond in her role!

I've not particularly had a great experience at this surgery. Reception staff can be rather rude, and have found some doctors lack empathy and care. I had a prompt reply today to my query about shingles vaccination which I had forgotten I had this 2 years ago. My error and apologies to the receptionists for wasting their valuable time.
