I use carrs regularly for my working dog food. They offer the food my dogs like at the best price in the area..... but disaster this morning, none of my brand in stock til next week. They offered their own brand at a slightly reduced price because they didn't have my regular stuff with the guarantee that if the dogs didn't like it, they'd refund me. Now that's just great service. Well done.
