Pete and I had our first eye test in our local Kidner opticians earlier this morning. The whole experience was second to none, the three members of staff customer service skills were the best we?ve ever received in an optician?s before, nothing seemed to be any trouble. So polite and the eye examination was very thorough and so informative. The glasses seem to be very reasonably priced will definitely use this independent company again, far better than the larger more well known names. Well done and thank youLyn & Pete Cupples

I was working in the town and had broken my glasses by accident. I went into this opticians to ask if they could repair them as i did not want to drive home later in the day in the dark without them. I was asked if i had bought them in the shop, then told NO we will not repair them if you have not been bought in here. I explained about the driving at night just to get home but the woman was very abrupt. They were not willing to help somebody who was in the towntrying to help the whole area.

i was in with my daughter, we had a very lovely experience as this was the time of the pandemic. was told to wear masks an sanitize at the door which wasnt a problem. all the staff were lovely an they helped my daughter choose her new glasses. very happy little girl

Staff warm and friendly, optometrist A1, everything explained and made to feel your best interests are foremost rather than money and sales the high st chains are interested. So far they have been superb.
