This is a great company to work for. The office has a family feel and very supportive. The company has the interest of its staff at the focus and will always stride to make sure our needs are meet. My own small team is great I have felt supported and listen to every step of the way in my journey. As started off having to learning my role (which I still am) but with the guidance and support of my team especially Pamela, Alison and Debbie and Willie I feel I can achieve and grow within my role.

My husband started working here In December, there have been a few changes in personell, however the current management team are fantastic. Never in his life has my husband had 3 ladies fighting over him. He had an accident on the way to work, to be told stay where you are am on my way by Jade, who then was told by Kirsteen I will go am closer , jade phoned me and told me to make my way to the office. Never in my life have I experienced this level of staff wellbeing. Its not an easy job these ladies have sometimes being caught in between staff and clients. The empathy they have to all is incredible. I would not hesitate to promote this branch in looking after any person old or young or if somebody asked if they were good to work for?It would be a resounding YES !!!!!!!!!Keep up the great work ?

Brilliant company to work for. Understanding and friendly office staff mean communication is easy. Great hourly rate of pay. Staff are always on call of advice abd guidance when required.

We would be lost without the personal care and service our care givers provide, they become extended members of our family, you really get to know them and they make such an effort to bond .My Parents look forward to their daily visits its a chance to connect and feel valued , they support them in their daily requirements and needs but it's much more, its a chance to connect and chat with their care givers. Find out about what's happening, talk about the news and any good documentaries and tv dramas they have seen, share thoughts and just have a good old chat it's such a comfort and remedy in itself . The lift they get on the day you can truly see the relationship and bonds that are created, nothing is too much trouble and the level of support they can provide and give, from medication to help with shopping, daily hygiene , its truly a service we could never do without, thank you for all your personal care and attention and treating my parents home and them like your extended family also.
