Got an MOT here today on my Fiesta, amazing service! The video they send over was brilliant and everything was completed within the timescales given! Car looks amazing after the complimentary clean and reception staff are friendly to deal with! Been here for a service before and had the same excellent service! Would recommend to anyone! Keep up the high standards and the customer care!

Had my car serviced and mot'd here recently. First time using this garage and using my mot/service plan so was not sure what to expect. I need not have worried as everything was great and went smoothly from start to finish. No pushy sales and kept me up to date throughout. Even washed and hoovered my car before returning it. Well-done Parkhall and thanks ? would definitely recommend

I don?t normally use Arnold Clark?s for buying my cars but I bought one from this garage.I Was persuaded to take out service plans mot plans ect to secure cost free motoring ,the MOT was due at the end of December,however with the weather heavy rain falls ,road closures ect, I couldn?t get to the garage in Glasgow so I put it in a local garage for mot, service, the car needed a new rear spring,.I?ve just emailed the bill to the salesman Patrick an rather cheekily got a nasty return call from him to say they won?t cover the costs. lol ?. Just as I thought.

Things began okay, but within days of the sale the service quickly spiralled down, costing me months of uncertainty with a car not fit for purpose. Passed pillar to post and always having to chase with numerous calls and emails, I spent many hours driving to various garages to try and resolve the problems with the car.Despite involvement of customer complaints and various levels of management, ultimately AC didn't care. All in, a costly, stressful experience that ran on for many months after purchase.Subsequently, i've met many people who have faced similar from this company.I would urge anyone in the market for a (premium or otherwise) vehicle to avoid Arnold Clark.The initial price may seem reasonable, but if things go wrong I can assure you the service will not. Go with a main dealership that back their cars and avoid the headache.In reply to the response below from AC: This review isn't for your team, it is for others considering whether to use your company. The chances you had to rectify my issues were numerous.

Dreadful. Overpriced vehicle. They've cornered the 2nd hand car market.Several expensive faults appeared after short warranty ended. Very unhelpful and unsympathetic. Shame that trust is lost to buy and sell your car locally and cut out these rip off middlemen.

Raised an issue with Customer Services on 23/11/22. This is 12/09/23. 10 months later, still hasn't been resolved. No update. Nothing! I asked them to amend the incorrect mileage that was recorded on the App when I bought the car. The app is very useful (if the correct information is recorded) for reminders for tax, insurance, mot etc. Thanks Arnold Clark. Great Customer Service...NOT!

My partner has bought 2 cars. 1 from this branch and 1 from the Motherwell branch. The 1 from the Motherwell branch we only got in march we only had the car 4 and a half months and the timing belt went and blew the engine and they have had it sitting in there garage for nearly 6 weeks . And the 1 from this branch broke down the other day and we have been told that won?t be able to look at it for about a week at the earliest and when my partner told them if he doesn?t get his car sorted he will loose his job and then he was told of the manager Keith that if he doesn?t calm his tone he can leave and take his car with him when he wasn?t even shouting or being aggressive towards them he was only trying to explain his situation to them and they didn?t care I think they are the worst company to buy a car from .
