Returned an item which had its original tag on the item when I purchased it but the guy in the shop cut a tag of so I automatically thought ok there?s 2 even though I only saw 1 anyway I went back with the item as I noticed the guy had actually cut the original tag from the item which made the item authentic & possibly a collectible but since they had removed the tag it wasn?t it devalued the item & as far as I was concerned not worth what I paid any more but on returning the item along with my 12yr old dyslexic daughter whom was off school due to her anxiety being through the roof that day she came with me & was a mess after leaving the shop as we had 2 sales assistance shouting I was a liar & almost everyone that was in the shop had gathered round to see & hear what all the commotion was ie me fighting to prove that I was not the liar but in fact they where also the sales persons couldn?t be any nicer on the day of the sales but my point also was in the return policy you have to have the tag on the item to do this but their removing g them for you so this is not possible & 2 they had no right to remove the tag after I bought & paid for the item in the first place as soon as I pay for that it?s mine no longer theirs so I returned the item for a full refund & what an embarrassment that turned out to be so I feel both myself & the shop assistants both learned something today hopefully they learn not to treat customers so badly & my lesson learnt is not to shop in this charity shop as if I need to make a return I will be humiliated ie shouted & hissy fitted at by 2 over raged woman & in front of my child this is totally disrespectful by them towards customers you would think the money was coming from their pockets but they love you when their taking your money thought I had started the zombie apocalypse just by asking for my money back since they had sabotaged my purchase. I won?t be back!! ??????

I've just moved to Clydebank and have pretty much furnished my entire flat from this shop. The ladies are incredibly helpful and the furniture is very well priced - highly recommended.

Furniture collection from Stirlingshire area arranged through this store. First class service from booking to collection and of course happy that items are not going to waste / landfill. Many 'for profit' organisations could learn from these guys.

This store opened its doors to the public on Tuesday 31st October. Fantastic furniture. Plenty for all to choose from.
