It was quiet so no wait to be seen. It was an easy transaction, just swapping from the end of one contract to a different tariff. However took a good bit longer than I expected mainly due to the persistence about discussing my broadband contract!! Still I know that's the staff's job, but surely the first "no I don't have the time right now" should be enough.

Slowest staff ever, there are 3 of them and they have all been dealing with customers for over 2 hours each and still not one sale yet paying three staff this store needs to close now for the company's sake if it takes 2 hours to get a phone that's crazy you have lost my business after 15 years because of the terrible service I could go on all day I've never had such a bad customer experience!

Understaffed. No organisation in terms of queuing.
