Just arrived here at 4.20 to find the shop closed with no sign saying why. Both this page and the shop door state that it closes at 5.30. Very disappointed!

I had a ball in here on Friday. Took advantage of the sale. My friend left my bag in the shop and I didn't realize till after closing time and I was home. I called up customer service and they were so nice. They advised me to call at 9am the following morning but my friend just went into the shop and the lovely lady knew... read full comment
