Now permanently closed. It's a shame, but it went downhill since they got rid of the showroom in the store. The last few years it was a big empty room with only the checkouts at the far end of the store. Lost potential. I hope the next store that moves in is good. Sad to see Argos go, but at least there is one in Airdrie.

Don't use Argos, if something goes wrong they will blame you and use their "process" to drag it out as long as possible.Bought a TV for my Gran, it was broken out the box and they blame me for it, not their heavy handed employees.Should have been a simple swap for one that works or a refund.If you want to buy from a physical store use Richer Sounds Glasgow, they understand the concept of repeat business. Or Amazon with their A-Z guarantee. I never took my own advice as I wanted to replace my grans TV on short notice whilst visiting.Learned my lesson, Argos are a disgraceful business that only care about ripping you off once rather than building a good reputation.

Just waited in a queue to speak so some old rude woman that couldn?t be bothered to help. Asked me to come back with the catalog number after waiting 10 minutes to get served. Terrible customer service.

Found the manager of this store to be rude and aggressive. Staff seemed very stressed and over worked. Wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Just bought a watch, needed links taken out, girl said come back tomorrow, went in today, girl very rude said to busy come back after lunch, oh and they that busy staff standing about chatting, anyway popped in after lunch, said no one can do it take to another argos ie cumbernauld which is miles away, when asked when someone next in, she seemed very annoyed like I was bothering her and said end of next week, really so only 1 person in shop this size knows how to do it, I think they clearly need to train there staff if this is the case, also need to train them on there attitude towards customer's this girl was very rude and clearly just couldn't be bothered shame as lots of people out there looking for jobs and they put someone like this in the poistion.

Staff rude and unhelpful. Refused to exchange as I'd no receipt. Wasn't looking for a refund, staff member couldn't be bothered.

royal mail delivered my parcel to this store they said we did not recieve it royal mail said here is the scan proof went back showed them it were not interested, yes we did get it and sent it back royal mail so royal mail said they did not return it.went back they then said royal mail did not deliver it ,manager said we did then we didnt then he did not no,so still no parcel but when i was leaving the store the manager shouts you should not be getting parcells delivered here ayway,dont think you should have a ill mannered child running your store

Don't know their own Returns policy.Wouldn't let me return unopened perfume gift set as I had no receipt. However I had proof of purchase (bank statement) and click and collect email confirmation. All you need according to the website, but was told customer is responsible for keeping the receipt and they wouldn't check the till transactions or the click and collect reference. Spoke to manager who insisted perfume was excluded from returns anyway. The store was busy so I can only assume they didn't have the time to do their job properly.Two minute chat with the online team and they confirmed I only needed my bank statement. They helpfully sent me a copy of my receipt anyway and confirmed the item was not excluded from returns. Went back to the store and full refund made. No mention of perfume being "excluded" this time. Wasted my time making two trips to the store and contacting their online team.

Very helpful went down with my sons faulty headphones with no receipt, and the manager done everything to get them returned, he ended up tracing my purchase with a email I previously left, excellent customer service ??
