Was mucked about with some Asda assistant on Friday, 13th April. Their assistant Matthew who works in Click and Collect, was absolutely a fantastic help and sorted the situation. I even got a five pound Christmas Saving card for my trouble. Well done Matthew.

I'm more of a Tesco shopper by preference, but love Asda's Create Your Own pizzas. There is one guy who works the pizza dept though who's completely and utterly useless at making them. Goes too slow, piles everything into the middle and doesn't spread the ingredients about like you're supposed to. Bought two pizzas on Tuesday, both the same. Sauce all piled on one side, other half bare, ingredients piled in the middle of the pizza and too much sauce where it's been applied, not spread around. Couldn't taste anything over the sauce and everything sloppily falling off it. Avoid the guy with the ginger beard...
Also, alarms falsely going off every two seconds with taxi freephone next to them, can't hear a thing...

I went to Asda Coatbridge yesterday to buy a celebration cake that I needed a photograph put on the cake. I canâ??t praise the lady working in the bakery enough,unfortunately I did not get her name but she was extremly helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the cake and the image I had with me put on the cake. Would definitely go there again and would recommend to anyone else to go there for your special occasion cakes as well as all other bakery needs. Thank you to the lady who helped me,you were a star.

Asda have refurbished the store and underground car park. Shop now looks brighter and new fridge freezers are excellent. Toilets refurbished and modernised, good access and clean facilities. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good choice of products and whilst prices are creeping up, this can be said of all the supermarkets.
