Security gaurd was a cheeky arrogant sod, mid 30s black hair short of few apples.Manager was usless too wouldnt resolve the issue I will not be back! The managers attitude was disgusting wouldn't stop talking or absorb how in appropriate her security was.

Had issues with the paint mixing. Colleagues behind the desk were pleasant, she said she would speak to the manager. She had the worst attitude ever and wouldn't let me finish a conversation without interrupting. Always been a loyal customer to B&Q but I won't be bringing my business here anymore. I made her aware that her attitude was appalling. Poor people skills and service from the manager.

I went to the check out girl and was told to scan there ( self serve) I thought that was a bit rude as she was just standing there picking her nails. Oh well got my paint and onward we go

New store arrangements are abysmal....too crammed in and not enough signage to where stuff is....don't bother checking the locations posted on the website either because they aren't accurate.

Normally I shop at ek bandq, so any time I come here it's very confusing because the layout is completely different so need to hunt for things, occasionally catch staff "getting away" when they think I'm going to ask a question...
