Unfortunately someone was sick in my car. Not only did the lovely gentleman agree to clean but told me to bring it in right away to save further damage! He scrubbed my car clean! No residual smells or problems. 100% recommend! Coatbridge IMO, thank you so much! ??

Recently had a really poor experience with a car wash I used to use regularly but won?t be back now. Took the car up as normal and when going through the car wash it broke down and I had to reverse out which was pretty annoying in itself as the man that initially gave my car a rinse blamed me for the car wash failing and proceeded to be very cheeky/agitated with they way he spoke to what was supposed to be a client. He than manually washed the car but was rough/forceful while doing so and after it my car paint was damaged and they were a few scratches on the paint which was extremely annoying. To top it off I paid £6 for the triple foam and mr car was still very dirty and had to get washed again.

As a taxi driver I have used the service for years, the app is great too. Very happy with the service, very pleasant staff always.

I visited the Motherwell IMO and it's archaic compared to others definitely needs upgrading won't be using this on again unless in desperate need.

The car wash in particular seems to be a scam, to be more precise they don?t accept contactless payments for whatever reason, and they ask for cash but don?t provide a receipt with being asked for?? Suspicious.. alas when you ask for a receipt they hand fill in a bit of paper that does not prove anything, missing essential details from it.

This is my regular place been past twice now just after 5pm last week and 4.50 today and car wash was closed. Google says open till 6pm disappointing. I'll have to go find somewhere else that I can rely on to go to after work

Used this place a few times previously, never really had any issues. Today however, 10/11/22 I wasn't overly happy with the wash. Guy was friendly enough, but I don't expect to drive home afterwards and have to wash my alloys and bootlid, sills also needed cleaned. I know it's a cheap enough price at £9 but I expect the wheels at least to be done properly. I'll think twice about going to IMO again. Disappointed this time.
