Staff generally fine apart from one younger guy who works at night?utterly ignorant,arrogant & obviously has no idea how to conduct himself when dealing with the general public?not an isolated incident either as it?s every time I?m in, don?t know if the guy just doesn?t like my face or what but I?ll be putting in a formal complaint asap.Scunnered wit his attitude.
