Don't know what form of ID B\\u0026M expect a 15 year old to have. She provided bank card and a photographic bus pass, yet still got turned away when wanting to buy false nails, just because it had a tiny tub of glue in it. Adviser said she had to be 14 to buy this, she provided ID to show she was 15, yet refused sale. Didn't even advise what was acceptable ID, just turned her away. Ridiculous service!!!!!

Really well stocked store with lots of bargains to be found, but you do need to try and remember what the price should be when you get to the checkout...The lady in front of me queried at least 3 of her items, which went through the till at a higher price than the label on the shelf had stated.

No problems at all except the big step that is very easy to trip over a the door, but I believe this is an issue with the landlord rather than B&M or the staff. There are now trolleys in store to save bumping them over this however if in a wheelchair it could be quite difficult but I'm sure the staff would help.

Went to return a faulty product. They were expecting me to pay £2.99 for a replacement as i didnt return any other goods in the deal. Manager was nothing but rude. Built like a smack head and giving me attitude. Unacceptable

I use a mobility scooter and found it to be very spacious. Staff were polite and helpful.
