40-42“for me I always find the staff friendly and helpful but were in the time for change like everyone is trying to cut their running costs every business is doing it, the staff at this branch must get harassed at some point and its not their fault about the changes RBS have made but they have to do what their employer wants, yes the long ques are a real pain but you have to take into account we all get our bank services free like cash lines ect and for me the staff are always very helpfull”
“Had a great experience at the branch. I was helped by two ladies, who were both very friendly and helpful. I arrived late on Friday 28th of April not long before they closed and they put a lot of effort into making everything work for me.They were able to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise way. They were also very patient with me, as I was a little nervous about the process.”
