It was my first experience to check my vision in UK, and it really went amazing.\\nThe lady named Aamnah is very soft and comfortable to go with. And other person I don?t remember the name who checked my peripheral vision and have given me good discounts in glasses is also very polite and friendly.\\nHighly recommended boots optician Cumbernauld town centre branch.

Absolutely delighted with the service I receive each time I go in with my 4 year old. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. Have to give a special mention to Lindsay as she has taken time to build rapport with my little boy and has been amazing in giving guidance and help whenever we go in, really appreciated, thank you! ?

There was a long que at front of tills. The one at the prescription desk had at least 5 people behind. I asked to be served there for one item. I was refused by a young girl with specs on.

Great shop. Very caring, thorough and friendly. The staff are brilliant and knowledgeable especially the manager Andy who will bend over backwards to help and find a solution for any problems you may have. I have no problem whatsoever in recommending this shop for all your optical needs.

After going yo Tesco's opticians and didn't help you'd ne I needed use drops after speaking to one of the ladys Terri she made me appointment they looked at my eyes and told my I had dry eyes and had Blepharitis advised me about a heat eye mask and gave me drops when I added could I pay for a extra tube thry kindly told me no they wold be in touch with my doctor to get them in prescription I would definitely recommend anyone who needs advice about their eyes or needs glassesuse Boots Cumbernsuld

Been going here since I was a very young child and i?ve always had the best experience with all the staff and their services. I recently got contacts and Craig kept helping me until I finally managed to wear them on my 3rd try! Honestly couldn?t be happier. They?re all very pleasant to speak with!

After only 2 purchases from vision express i swapped to Boot's options as they didn't see how deep my pocket's were in any way whatsoever.All they did was actually listen to what my requirements were for my glasses & what i expected from them as my optition & eyewear specialist.I did spend slightly more than i was hoping for but I'm certain the glasses I've ordered are by far going to be the best frames & lenses I've ever had but I've not actually collected them yet.They're due in the next 3 day's or so.I'll post a further review once I've picked them up.I expect good things from these glasses I'm sure of it
