I'm so disappointed in the staff attitude and quality of products. I bought lots of large helium balloons and age 70 balloons, wasn't cheep. When I picked them up I was told there was no bags to put them in ( if I'd been told I could have brought some) on leaving the shop a gust of wind blew them around tangling them all up, by the time I got them to the party the 0 was totally deflated and most were losing helium fast. They were the but of jokes all day as they were all flat within an hour. Total waste of money and poor quality if they can't last a few hours. Won't use this shop again, Staff told me to bring them back, so leave my Dad's 70th birthday due to balloons???? Wouldn't accept a photo

Cards are part of everyday life or at least they should be.The selection I found in Cumbernauld was great and I almost felt guilty paying so little!However, I checked the quality between CF and other stores, Asda and Tesco and I found overall, the Card Factory offers, equal quality for less money. Its a no brainer.I mean sometimes you just can't find the right card, thats life but Card Factory is always my 1st stop, the Cumbernauld store is packed with choice, I cant knock it.

Great shop. Some people might think it looks cheap & chearful. However products ar very reasonable prices & good qaulity compared to other more expensive competitors.
