Missed a delivery when the tracker said it was ready for delivery, not in transit, left a red card, organised a redelivery for the next day which and got a text saying it'll arrive by 3pm, called to see the status as still ready for delivery, was asked if I got a yellow card, I said no it was red, the grumpy man on the phone says "it'll no get delivered today" customer service on the phone was rude and obviously hates his job, I still don't know if I've to just wait by the door incase I miss it again or go collect it in the evening
