I went into Argos today and phone would only stay in selfie mode and I took it out to get it fixed and was told they wouldn't replace it or fix it because it had a crack on the screen and it was under six months old and the customer service was bad because they argue with you.

Ordered a Cooke in October it's already broken down i explained I'm disabled and live alone they said I was to get a replacement cooker 4 weeks ago they have cancelled 3 times and now they called to day to say I need to wait until the 22d now I am so disappointed in the lack of care and the lack of information iv received on this matter and now my order is at a standard still and no one seams to care.
