Absolutely disgusted by service today, was told by person that they had never heard of my medication on my prescription despite the fact I have been having it for over 5yrs and that everyone is using atm for weight loss! I am a type 2 diabetic and need this medication and to be so unhelpful was very disappointing. Gotta wonder what computers are used for. High St Branch was like chalk and cheese to this one.

Waited in queue for 20minutes then after making it into shop my prescription was incorrect so was asked to come back in 20 minutes. This meant queueing back up outside in rain again for another 15minutes. Inconvenient but happy to keep chemist workers safe if that's what it takes.
