BEWARE BUISNESS CUSTOMERS !! ORDER ELSEWHERE AS CONSUMER RIGHTS DILUTED FOR BUISNESS CUSTOMERS .I ordered 4 chairs which arrived flat packed and on time . First chair took an hour an a half to assemble as the holes for the bolts to fit are poorly aligned and difficult to access . Left it a day or so before assembling the second , which similarly took over an hour . having assembled 3 chairs over a few days , the fourth chair when i opened it had a split in the upholstery !! I was fed up with the time it takes to asemble the chairs so requested a refund .I was then told that buisness customers have to inform of any defects within 2 days of arrival , or they will not be entitled to a refund , which is a right a member of the publuc would have . They offered a replacemet , but i asked for a refund as i was so fed up with the assembly issues and time that it took ..This company has produced a policy for buisness customers that removes that right to refund after 2 days of recieving any goods !And no .. in response to their " didnt you read the small print" line .. Of course i didnt !! Who in this day and age would have thought a company would have a policy that give buisness consumers less rights than the general public

Ordered a chair for WFH during lockdown, and they had a massive range to choose from. Delivery was quick and efficient. Not bad considering I am in Essex!\\n\\nMore importantly though, the chair proved unsuitable for my needs (quick tricky to buy online) and the company dealt with the return quickly and efficiently. It was all handled through E Mail and one 'phone call. All I had to pay was a reasonable return carriage charge.\\n\\nWould recommend to others based on my experience.

Avoid. I ordered a chair 2 months ago, returned it within a week as it was not fit for purpose. Nearly 2 months later I have not received my refund of nearly £200.. 10 emails sent with no reply; upon calling, one operator hung up on me after I quoted my order number. They are clearly refusing to refund, thus breaking the law. So I'm in the process of taking this through small claims court. Never experienced such poor service in all my life

Ordered a chair in march which arrived broken with the raising mechanism not working. They arranged for a part to be delivered. It is now November and they have been completely inept in solving my issue. Sending parts to wrong addresses and not doing anything about it.. will never order or recommend again bye bye £280Update - Dec 4th - Order was once again shipped to an old address and 1 week after it was promised due to this incredibly poor service & experience.... this is an absolute shambles

We ordered a chair from this organisation on Monday, driven in part by the promise of speedy delivery - our need to put together a home office quickly was great so we decided to go ahead with the sale. On Wednesday there was no sign of the chair; I called customer services and was informed that the manufacturer had confirmed the chair would delivered latest Friday. With no sign of the chair by Friday afternoon, I called the company again but was unable to get through. I managed to get through to their customer services team online, only to be advised the chair was sold out and now unavailable until May! No real apology or resolution offered (except for offering a much more expensive chair), given a refund. Would rather have my chair!

Equip4work...the worst Company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered 2 x units in January of this year...both were delivered, both damaged. One unit was damaged on the back panel, however it was going against the wall so we just kept it. The other cabinet, a 4 drawer filing cabinet was dented at the front left side, also the 3rd drawer was missing a part which would not allow us to lock the unit. We contacted equip4work on 6th February & sent photographs of the damage.. they sent us out plastic parts to put into drawer, this did not alleviate the problem. I emailed the company numerous times, no response back....eventually they contacted us, they said they would have to send an engineer...on 19th September 2020, the engineer drove 185miles from England to our office in Scotland. He checked the unit & said it definitely needed replaced. An hour after he left, another local engineer came to look at the unit. We told him an engineer had already been to inspect the unit. I heard nothing until I emailed equip4work to ask when the replacement unit would be delivered, they emailed us back to say they would not be replacing the unit as the engineer said it looked as though it had been through the wars!! We are a small family run business, there is one person who works in the office, this unit was definitely not through the wars! Absolutely shocking customer service. I will NEVER purchase anything from the Company ever again....the worst I have ever dealt with in 19 years of being in business. Their customer service is NON existent. The unit cost around £150, it would have cost more than that to get an engineer to drive 185 miles, then also the cost of another engineer attending the same morning! I honestly would not advise any one to buy from this company!!

Chairs arrived 3 weeks ago and arms did not fit. Numerous calls and emails - no response. They are blaming the poor response on Covid but it did only take them 2 days to deliver the goods. I was promised replacement chairs with arms that had been checked but it didn't happen. They promise great customer servicewhen you are on hold but trust me, it is not what they deliverNow had the chairs for weeks and a stream of emails from equip4work promising delivery of arms next day. Nope. Not happened. Never ever experienced such poor customer service from anyone-not even BT!!!

0 stars. Horrible customer service and return policy. They sold me an office chair for about £100 that is not standard at all and is pushing my back so hard I developed backache in a day. After contacting customer service, they asked for the chair to be disassembled for return and sent me a video to do that but they never came back to me again after I said I was unable to disassemble it. No further help and no reply. I sent about 5 or 6 emails to them with no reply and I just gave up. It was a waste of money and it is damaging my body as well.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I cannot believe any positive review of this company is real.Their approach to business is downright offensive: I paid for an office chair with next day delivery. Two weeks later I have no chair, no refund, and a customer service team who are deliberately trying to confuse the issue by claiming that I cancelled the order only to then ignore me entirely when I pointed out the simple fact that I did not.They will take a week to reply to emails (despite promises of immediate updates should there be any delays with your order) but somehow can respond to reviews on review websites within a couple of hours.I left a poor review on Trustpilot only for Equip4Work to report it as fake. I have now submitted my invoice and order confirmation email to Trustpilot to restore the review, and will update it to add details of Equip4Work's underhand tactics. I will also be contacting my card issuer to claim back the money which, at this point, I am considering all but stolen.THIS COMPANY IS LITTLE MORE THAN A SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THEM - FIND AN ORGANISATION THAT IS TRUSTWORTHY.

Quick next day delivery of my chair and desk and very friendly customer service! They sent me multiple delivery notifications, so I knew exactly what was going on with my parcel and when to leave the office to catch the deliverer. Highly recommended!

Ordered 16 chairs, one arrived badly damaged but as we hadn't unwrapped these and reported it within 3 days of delivery, they did not want to know. Never before dealt with a company that didn't care that they had sent a broken item. Avoid at all costs
