Since moving to Dumfries last year my wife and myself have had to use this pharmacy more that we expected. It is a busy place but the staff are excellent, polite and always happy to offer advice when required or requested.

This is an amazing pharmacy all the staff work really hard and to me its the fastest pharmacy within dumfries for receiving prescriptions and getting them done. There was a queue out the door the other day and I was last in a queue of over 10 people yet I still didn't wait any longer than 20 mins if u go to any other pharmacy and the queue is that big you'll be lucky tk be seen within the hour whereas every staff member in this pharmacy all work so fast and above all they all work together they all have their individual jobs but they all know what's to be done I can't say that about any other pharmacy in dumfries especially the one next to the dr which is a joke that pharmacy has slow rude staff.

Every time I try to use this pharmacy it is closed even with paper signs up. Never open for the advertised opening hours.
