Rubbish when things go wrong - Don't waste MoneyI placed 2 orders with them (5345549 and 5345595). The 1st one was deliverd and the qaulity was great. Arm rests on a heavy Duty 24x7 chair fell in less than 2 years, so wouldn't last 8 months if used 24x7 but they decided it was outside of warranty and reasonable use.
