“Stayed one night at the newly refurbished Murray Arms. Having stayed/used other accomodation in the ever expanding Laggan portfolio, it has the usual attention to detail, stylish interior and the rooms were comfortable and breakfast good . Only criticism would be the fact the bathroom light/can go on as soon as you open the door which means you wake your partner using loo in night! Not great design feature. Also corridors have lingering musty smell of the Murray Arms of bygone days which I suspect will take a while to get rid of. Also there is no restaurant and Gather shuts at 5.00 - no mention on their website of the Masonic Arms next door who do dinner - luckily we already knew about it and booked a table.”

“Brought my little kitten Bea to pets at home to look at food on her harness and lead and she loved the attention she got. Was so happy to know I could take Bea in as I wasn’t sure if it was only dogs they allowed in so phoned in advance and they said she was allowed. She had a great time”
