Opening hours have been pathetic lately. 10-2pm 5 days is not enough. It's been ok for the fact I can pay deposits into the machine outside, however today the option to deposit cash is greyed out for some reason, Not even open on a Saturday for the folks that work morning till night during the week.Not good enough, opening hours need amended asap.Will update rating when opening hours have been sorted.

Rang the Dumfries branch through call center number the agent tried 3 times but no reply in total I wasted 35 minutes trying to call this branch all I was told by the agent was he thought they were to busy to answer the phone

Despite its large footprint, there is very little in the bank, with only a small run of service counters and two internal ATM's.Service is relatively quick, but always involves queuing. Given the size of the branch having any form of queue is unnecessary.
