Where to begin? Overall it took 6 months to get my items back. Visited initially start of September, items were done on time in November however most needed additional alteration. I returned them to be fixed which they said would be free (appreciated and no major complaints so far) along with 2 new items.Was told for the items to be fixed they would be ready asap and new items ready by mid/late December. Chased for an update just before Christmas and told they would be ready by X day, then radio silence as they were closed for the holidays. Again told they would be ready by X day but an emergency wedding dress alteration put them 2 days behind, of course it meant my items were delayed a further month?! This went on for another couple of months of back and forth saying it would be ready then items weren't. They admitted they had been unprofessional due to the wait time and were at fault but done NOTHING about it.Absolute shocking and kind of hilarious because I did eventually get my items back but some hadn?t even been done! They said they punished one of their employees who was meant to do it 2 weeks without pay which 100% is a lie and means nothing to me.At this point I tried to get a full refund, they agreed and what do you know 2 months later they still haven't refunded me despite agreeing to it.AVOID!

The gentleman who owns this place is really lovely!He is very polite and friendly.He lets you know when your garment will be ready and phones to let you know when to collect.His work is fantastic and very reasonably priced.I recommend people to use this business.

Let me tell you the customer service in here is like no other. I was treated with respect and made to feel at ease. The team in there are just so lovely! Very reasonably priced too!
