Cannot recommend!! Probably the worst service I've ever had from a garage. Took my motor in with a couple of issues and recieved it back a couple of hours later with the very same issues!

Very disappointing! I had a lovely chat with Barry yesterday, who gave me a quote for a van I was interested in. I returned today to purchase this and his son rudely told me the price was double that, and that I'd probably not want it now... which I certainly did not after being quoted so much less the previous day. Gutted!

I bought a new car from this garage after my 20 year old car decided that it had had enough. Michael was friendly, helpful and professional from the beginning and he supplied me with a very good car.It wasn't the cheapest, but the amount of care and work that he put into the car made the cost worthwhile. When the car unfortunately developed a fault (which could not have been foreseen, completely not their fault), Michael promptly provided me with a courtesy car and sent the car to a local garage which specialises in that particular brand to get fixed, entirely under warranty.I am very happy with the service provided to me by Michael and Troqueer Garage and will happily continue to use them to get the car serviced and replaced, when the time comes.

We were in dumfries visiting from Glasgow and clutch went on car at around 90,000 mileage. The guy that dealt with us said "cluthes should last forever and you have been riding clutch" (not the case and again not the case) quoted us over 1k to get fixed. Obviously we took it elsewhere. So glad we did because we got the clutch fixed along with timing belt amongst other things for 1k at Huntingdon garage along the road. Troqueer are absolute rogues and Huntingdon have gained a new regular customer as we are moving to the area.

We had a little panic visiting the area. The owner had a thorough look at our brakes which were scraping on something.He made us feel totally confident everything was okay and didn?t charge a penny.If I lived in Dumfries I would definitely use this garage! Fantastic service.

2nd time I've bought a used car from this family run business and once again was impressed by their professionalism and help in picking a car to suit my requirements and price. Really disappointed with the behaviour of gentleman receiving phone calls for car sales. Asked about viewing, replied in a very strange way that he does not want to waste his time on me and hung up.Wait a minute mate! I hardly talked to you for just 2 minutes, said nothing about car price or car condition. Just asked for social distanced viewing.I m afraid if this is the attitude towards new customers then good luck with your future endavours.
