Bought printer ink last week got it home opened the box and realised it was the wrong one tried to return it and was told quite bluntly no the box is open,this is not the first time i have bought something from here and the box has been taped back up just like to add you get the ink cheaper from currys and they will return it if the seal is still on the cartridge will be going there for my ink in futre

Every pice of furniture we have bought from this store has been damaged, just said a year ago I would stop buying furniture from here. I thought maybe be ok this time but no, another piece of damaged furniture.

Decided to shop here compared to the other Argos Dundee overgate store which I feel belittles you. Was buying toys for my child, I was approached by a very friendly upbeat manageress. She made me feel relaxed and welcome once I explained my anxiety. I couldn?t thank Miri enough she helped me through getting all the toys I needed. I took advantage of the nectar card opportunity when asked, it was explained and the benefits are worth it. Miri also explained the £500 prize draw regarding feedback so hopefully I win that.Thanks Argos for making my day.

Unsure of this place bought a phone from here year ago and a bit and I got my phone replaced as it had been damaged and apparently the phone isn't legit and a part from the phone isn't from the brand! So I don't recommend buying a phone from here

Excellent customer service re an x box game, which I incorrectly ordered in the first place, subsequently not in stock. The manager on Monday 31/10/22 went out of her way to resolve the issue, to the satisfaction of all. Thank you.

Visited this store today under customer service instruction and after consulting tech services to return a faulty phone! I went complete with the order number and the call reference I was told I would need? The girl on the counter was fine and asked me for my receipt? I explained you don't give receipts and my receipt is in an email I cannot access as I am returning this phone but I have just given you the order number and call reference! At this point another female who I assume was manageress jumped in saying I will deal with this? I can only give a gift card! Fine I said I only want an exchange anyway? She said I will try to find your order but can't promise, nope I can't find anything under this number? ? Amazing customer service can? What's your phone number on this account? I don't know? Nope that's not correct? She then claims the phone has impact damage and during this process handles my phone without gloves then shoves it back at me with a look on her Face like I had done wrong!Refuses to refund then as I'm leaving shouts for everyone to hear I have the last say in store sir! This woman should not be dealing with the public never mind being a manager? Will not use this store again as this isn't the first bad experience I have had!

People are quick enough to complain but not always quick enough to praise, when required. I purchased a sat nav 11 months ago that recently stopped working, I purchased a new lead to see if that would help but to no avail. I'm not one for taking items back but I did have a automatic years warranty with it when purchased. Argos took it back and replaced it, no questions asked. It was not in stock, so one was ordered and I received a text later in the day asking me to pop back into the store to collect the item. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Although only 1 click and collect item (paid for) I had to stand in the grocery cue for about 50 minutes. Only 1 person per family, so found it difficult to move a fairly heavy item on my own. Should have had it delivered, but needed item a.s.a.p.

Absolutely shocking at this argos store. Had a click and collect order that was given to another customer. The staff aren't any help in the slightest.
