“I had been recommended Blackness Autos by several people to have my wing mirror replaced so I gave them a message on Facebook. I got a reply quickly (it was on a Sunday I messaged and they got back to me on the Sunday even though it was a day off for them). They got back to me with a quote first thing on the Monday morning and got me fitted in on the Tuesday.The replacement took no longer than an hour, they got the cover off my original mirror as it wasn’t damaged and fitted it back on aswell so I didn’t have an unpainted wing mirror.They also let my son watch from outside as he was fascinated which made his day.Could not recommend this garage anymore, 10/10 for customer service, time, good pricing, reliability, how well the job was done and overall friendliness.Thank you!Service: Body & Trim”

“Absolutely superb service - really could not fault it at all. I was attending a conference in Dundee and a problem arose on my journey there (from Lancaster) which I was then not able to look into until the morning the conference ended. When I arrived the garage was very busy but when I explained my situation (which included the fact that I had a wedding to get to and a 4 + hour drive ahead of me) the person who dealt with me (Harry?) said he didn't want me to drive away until the problem had been checked and then he moved jobs around so that the work could be completed in time. I cannot thank him and his wonderful colleagues enough.”

“Jan managed to fix my son's car where other garages had given up on it. He cleaned the DPF filter, got rid of the warning lights on the dash and gave it a thorough service. Oh and also fixed a couple of other thing that weren't part of the job FOC. Really did go above and beyond. Thanks Jan.”

“Well I've gotta say this guy exceeded all my expectations...I had liased with Andy regards getting replacement stripes identical to the ones she had when she left the factory at dodge way back in 2008, he measured precisely the remains of her sun faded stripes to make them spot on and just wow ?. We had agreed he would do them in my drive as she want fully road legal at that point, so once the stripes were in and ready it would be all systems go as this was the last hurdle for her to raise her head in all her glory again looking just as she did back in 2008. Sadly I took covid so went to isolate at my caravan, but I got the best surprise when Andy messaged saying that's her done...I was like ?? omg I so desperately wanted to see her but couldn't as was ill.....thank god for ring doorbell I got a peek hah What a fantastic surprise it was and he pulled out all the stops to make her stunning again. “Stopped off here when I was travelling home to Dunfermline as warning light indicated there was low tyre pressure - Dawn in the office was brilliant - left my car there for about 30mins and Dawn phoned to say car was ready to collect - no problems, car was fine and no work required. She was friendly, efficient and reassured me.Never used them before but was impressed.”
