From the time I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by friendly staff. Each step of the process was explained to me which made me feel valued as a customer. Clean comfortable area for waiting in and very happy with the service I received for my contact lens too. . I have used Boots opticians since I started to wear glasses and wouldn?t consider changing. They provide a good service, but overall the staff in this area work hard to make it a good experience.
