Staff here are really great and on the ball. Optician was lovely. My prescription and contact lens deliveries got muddled after moving house - they sorted it all out for me quickly and without a problem.

The girl on the Estee Lauder perfume counter did not have a clue about the price of the gift sets . Don't shop here if you are looking for advice on anything .
