I appreciate that not everyone can afford a gym membership. However, if you are motivated enough and can afford to, then, there is simply nothing better for your mental health and wellbeing. Well equipped clean and tidy gym with good exercise studios, swimming pools, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Membership isn't cheap though.

The staff are friendly and always chatty. The premises is kept clean and the gym equipment alongside utilities are always in good order. Morgan always goes out of her way to greet and be friendly. The gym floor is immaculate whenever Shona or Eva are darting about and as always Craig goes above and beyond the role assigned...
