Extremely poor. I submitted my macbook pro for repair. It would not power on. The issue was not resolved. I was given a full refund an effectively ushered out of the shop "because its too much work to fix" apparently. However when I investigated further it became apparent that an attempt to solder the motherboard had failed and destroyed the connection to the screen- It would no longer power on- it had no battery and the screen was permanently broken. Disk depot returned my macbook in far worse condition than it was originally submitted. I implore people to avoid the services of this company.

ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE FOR APPLE PRODUCTSI am a university student here in Dundee who has serious issues looking after my devices. Drunken night outs has caused me to get my screen replaced four times in the past year and every single time they have done an absolute stellar job on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. A couple months ago my battery also started having issues but the team at Disc Depot replaced that with no problems! Every time they?ve fixed my phone, it has only taken a few hours which has been super handy for the busy days I have. The prices for the screen repair and battery repair have always been at a great price, hence why I kept coming back. Over summer I had to get my 2020 MacBook screen replaced after shutting a pen lid inside it.? I was unsure wether to get this done officially by apple for around £1200 or get it done at Disc Depot for a MUCH cheaper rate. I trusted the boys at Disc Depot and decided to choose to get the screen replaced here. 6 months on and I can still say what a fantastic job they have done to my laptop. They replaced it with a genuine apple screen and there is absolutely no difference in the screens display. Darren is an Apple wizard who knows these devices inside and out and always has great and interesting answers to my questions about my devices. Cannot recommend these guys enough and after investing in an indestructible case, hopefully I won?t be seeing these guys anymore! ??

I had my pc repaired from Disc Depot and I was very pleased with the work , the boy was very pleasant and helpful and I would highly recommend him, I wouldn't go anywhere else e except Disc Depot.

took laptop in with no wi fi connection 1 hour later phone call to tell me the problem and price to repair fantastic service and advice from darren who went out his way to help exellent price and will use again and highly recommend need more people that are willing to give advice as were not all computer geeks thanks again jim
