Had a disaster in my bathroom with cheap paint so popped into Dulux DC. Lorna on the desk was just brilliant, helped me pick out paint and recommended brush and roller. Super customer service and much better paint. Bathroom is cracking now. Highly recommend this supplier.

the best customer service experience I?ve had in years. The person serving me was so helpful, knowledgable, attentive... and managed to save the charity I was buying paint for a bunch of money. Much respect to the staff member from glenrothes - you were brilliant!!

I have purchased wallpaper/paint this week and was assisted by Rowenda......this lady went beyond any customer service I would have expected! She tried to source paper I liked , even calling the warehouse! She took my phone number and called me, as promised to keep me informed. I thanked her with a box of sweets, but honestly....she deserves a medal !

Got everything i needed, but i couldn't swap a nearly new,used once,slow spinning, faulty purdy roller cage, because i had no receipt, i bought a purdy roller pole, and had to go back and ask for a receipt ?,i never got offered one, you know, just in case its faulty. ?
