Was in here at Xmas eve with my daughter and the young lady couldn't be anymore helpful, she got her a good deal for her price range and she was happy and out the shop in around 20 mins , amazing her attitude was brilliant, and thankfully she made the visit more enjoyable

Call EE explained my problem, woman's says take ur ID to our local branch they'll be able to sorted out.. called local branch explained this is what I need guy said yes come with your ID well sorted out. Went there waited then I was told by a minion they can't do it he went to his regional manager came back said he couldn't do it either, what a waste of my time, (they need to b demoted.) called EE again spoke to a guy he was able to give me the satisfactory email I needed..:((

Went in to EE as i had a problem with my phone, i wasnt sure what the problem was. The store adviser Louis checked my sim and told me it was my handset. He set me up with a new phone, tablet and contract, and also arranged a set-up for a TV package too. He couldnt have been any friendlier or helpfull, answering all my questions, and transfering everything from my old phone to the new one. Absolutly outstanding service, very happy thank you.

Couldn?t care less if you remained and bought a new phone. 20 years with ee/orange and now left. They say they have no competition as they are premium. No premium customer care.

Ineffectual assistant manager didn't know how to process a repair, despite it being prearranged with the customer service staff at the call centre and having assistance over the phone to do so when we were asked to pass the phone over to him.Rather than admit his failings, Shaun decided to double down and accuse Me of braking my screen when this wasn't the case snd that much had already been established!!! They even got snippy with their own colleagues over the phone when confronted with his failings.- all the while his colleagues were giggling in the background playing an xbox on the big screen and ignoring other customes in the storeCalamity of errors woeful staff training and an all round unsatisfactory experience. Even though though issue is now resolved satisfactorily. I am that shocked, upset and bemused by events. I still may choose to change providers (after 20 tears) and would definitely think twice on recommending ee to anyone- including an enemy

I have been with EE for almost two years now after having switched from the worst network ever. 3.I haven't had a single problem in my own house. Fast 4g and 5g signal everywhere, including my friends in the middle of nowhere outside Perth. But the temp decant house I'm in less than 200 yards from my own house I get a terrible signal in I'm lucky if I get 1 bar ? and have to have my WiFi calling on all the time data ???? I'm lucky if I get 1meg 4g download. In my own house, I get 157meg 5g. Prices have become astronomical first, the 14.4% increase, and when I upgrade, I'll have to pay more than my current contract and pay £50 to £70 upfront.Lovely friendly staff in the shop. Not so much on the phone or social media.BT. I changed my broadband from now to BT last year when my price increased dramatically.I haven't had a single problem. Connection is fast. There has never been a single dropout in 10 months. The only negative I can give is the 14.4% increase in price.
