Brilliant service with Lee Finnegan at the Dundee BMW branch. Going in with little knowledge can be daunting but Lee was great in explaining the best car for my budget and different financing options that would suit me. Made sure I had enough detail on the car when taking it out for a test drive. Overall, he was friendly, easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had.

I recently had my BMW car in to John Clark and was absolutely delighted with the professionalism and the service provided by the team. I was kept updated with findings throughout the diagnostics, and the mechanics provided an indepth video detailing the repairs. Many thanks to everyone involved. I'm really pleased with the performance of the car after the repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to use John Clark BMW again!

So i ordered a car at the start of the year the got the car in sept during this time I had to keep chasing up to make sure the car was still in the process of being delivered the date kept changing but again I kept having to chase up? getting the car placing private reg on was easy! the thing that really let the score down is after sales I part exchanged my old car but it took 5 days to the money back after being told I will get it same day on the Tuesday. This then prompted me to cancel the gap and tyre insurance due to the aftercare. After calling several time with no one answering the phone which is ridiculous for having one land line number and not having a receptionist to answer the phone like most over service centres also being also promised call backs which never happened also forgetting to mention when selling insurance you have a 30 days cancellation period which wasn?t addressed when I bought the car then being hounded to sign paperwork for something I no longer wanted I finally got thru to someone in the finance dept who sorted out the refund and actually called back when she said she would.

My first contact with John Clark Tayside was after a simple internet enquiry to the company re a car. Generic enquiry with no specific information asked for. Within an hour I received a personalised walkaround video of the car, narrated and pointing out work they were doing.I then had a number of good email & telephone conversations with Stuart Jack and Colin Gibson. A deal for the car was made by telephone and a date for collection was arranged. They kept me updated in the intervening period. I flew up to Edinburgh, took a train to Dundee and was collected from the station. A great handover experience, with a look around the car, talk through of everything required. I set off to drive back to London. I couldnt have been more impressed with how professional and personable Stuart was to deal with. Nothing was a chore and he was ever helpful. A great example of why its worth using Bmw Approved.Im very pleased with the car. And the experience of buying it. The level of attention Stuart gave was impressive, even post sale. When I discovered a problem with the refinished alloy wheels it was he who arranged agreement for me to have them refinished in London and ensured that I received payment back for the repair. John Clark Tayside have an aftersales department, with whom Stuart put me in touch, asking them to assist me directly. However, they displayed a lack of communication, assistance and dare-I-say-it, interest in doing their job. After being made aware of a relatively minor issue, it really shouldnt have taken multiple telephone calls and emails to resolve. Thankfully, Stuart again ensured that this too was resolved. Thank you, so much.Rohan, Colin and especially Stuart Clark and the Sales Department, many thanks for all your help.Aftersales...well...much improvement required.Would have been a five star rating, had Aftersales not slightly tempered my otherwise positive experience

Full recomendation! We had areally good experience with BMW Tayside. After we phoned half of Scottland's BMW Dealers, as our brakepads signaled a critical status, they were the only ones who managed to squeeze us in. When we arrived there they were really friendly and helpfull. The exchange went pretty quick while we enjoyed having tea and coffee in their beautiful dealership. In the end it wasn't cheap but good work.We would go there again.

This is my first time using John Clark BMW. I bought a new car in March and have been delighted with it. After many years with Audi, I was fed up of poor service. Linzi has been amazing and extremely helpful. Any issues I have had, she has been more than willing to help. It's a very refreshing change.
