Decided to pop in for a quick browse and found a bath bomb that caught my eye. I decided to treat myself and upon arriving at the till, I was greeted by a cheerful woman. After inputing the item and scanning the gift card i had with me, it kept declining. The woman saw this and immediately resolved the issue with no hesitation....

Words cannot describe the feeling when I left your store today! Beth was unbelievable and outstanding.
